In 2011, Jana Prabhutva was registered under Karnataka Societies Act 1960 at Chitradurga District, Karnataka. Our organization has focus on the development of rural women as well as structural alleviation of poverty in rural areas. And our core strength is building People’s Institutions including Self Help Groups (SHGs), Village Watershed Management ,Village Farmers Committees etc, to promote self sustainable informal and formal institutions of the rural people, particularly women.
